24/7 Portal Access for Managing Orders and Spending Limits
Partners can manage their spend limit and limit access to overspending due to budget constraints. Clients can also access the portal at any time of the day to download invocies, place orders and pay bills.
Regular Service Reviews & Site Visits
Figjam & Co commits to 2–4 service visits per year with each Preferred Supplier. These visits provide an opportunity to review the catering service, gather feedback, understand changing requirements and identify any improvements or service changes needed.
