Our story
At FigJam & Co, we are proud to be a second-generation Indigenous-owned business, descended from the Gunditjmara and Ngarrindjeri peoples of southwest Victoria and southeast South Australia. We pay our respects to the Jagera, Yuggera and Ugarapul peoples, the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live, work, trade, and travel.
Since 1995, our skilled chefs have been crafting naturally delicious catering for corporate events across Southeast Queensland. Each morning before sunrise, our passionate team is in our Stones Corner kitchen, preparing fresh, flavourful food made with the best Australian ingredients.
Our menus span exotic fruit platters, sliders, burgers, freshly cut sandwiches, zesty salads, bush tucker grazing boards, savoury bites, and sweet treats — always designed to impress and bring people together.
Beyond catering, we proudly produce FigJam Collections — a gourmet range of condiments made with up to 98% Australian ingredients. Each small-batch product celebrates seasonal, native superfoods such as Davidson plum, Tasmanian pepperberry, lemon myrtle, old man saltbush, finger lime, pigface, purslane, and anise myrtle — sourced directly from First Nations growers, producers, and farmgates.
We are Supply Nation Certified, and our FigJam Collections are gluten-free, Vegan Australia Certified, and made in our HACCP Certified facility — ensuring premium quality, authenticity, and integrity in everything we do.
