15 Entries, One Colourful Community Gallery!

FigJam × NAIDOC Colouring Competition 2026

Our FigJam × NAIDOC Colouring Competition 2026 has officially wrapped up — and we received 15 amazing entries!

A huge thank you to everyone who picked up their pencils, got creative and took some time to reflect with us. We loved seeing each artwork come to life in its own way.

All 15 artworks are now proudly displayed at our Stones Corner shopfront, turning the space into our own little community gallery.

If you're around Stones Corner and have a spare moment, pop in and check out the gallery!

Lilla Sports & Storytelling Festival

Featured by ABC News | Sunday 14 June 2026

FigJam & Co was proud to volunteer at the Lilla Sports & Storytelling Festival, held in the Watarrka region of Central Australia.

The festival brings together around 40 students from three remote schools across the Watarrka region for three days of learning, culture, connection and fun.

Guided by the message "It's cool to go to school," the festival creates opportunities for children to build confidence, strengthen friendships and experience activities that support both wellbeing and education.

Across the three days, students took part in AFL, cooking sessions, exercise activities, drawing workshops and the Lilla Walk, alongside storytelling and cultural experiences unique to this remarkable place.

Through the dedication of volunteers, educators and community partners, the festival continues to show that school can be a place of excitement, belonging and opportunity.

FigJam & Co was honoured to contribute as a volunteer and support this inspiring initiative.

Protecting First Nations Knowledge, Stories & Identity

WIPO | 23 July 2026

Bush foods carry much more than flavour. They are deeply connected to culture, knowledge, identity and stories passed down through generations.

As global interest in native Australian ingredients continues to grow, new opportunities are emerging for First Nations businesses. At the same time, it is increasingly important to protect the knowledge, brands and stories behind these products.

This video explores a collaborative project led by the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Australian Government, working with FigJam & Co and two other First Nations businesses to strengthen the protection of their intellectual property.

The project supports First Nations businesses to share their products with wider markets while maintaining ownership and control of the cultural knowledge and stories that make them unique.
